How to plan an amazing and unique wedding
By Hayley Hoskins
Situated on a working farm in their local village overlooking the stunning Cheshire plane, Hayley and Warren felt the rustic, vintage décor and a soft summer green palette would create the perfect feel for their day. See all their wedding day planning top tips:
- Find your personal style via Pinterest
Like most brides to be my journey began on Pinterest scrolling through thousands of pictures, carefully curating images of all the little, intricate details that would collectively create my “country chic” wedding.

2. Get stuck in
Enjoy the opportunity to get creative. Delicate handmade invitations with a hint of twine and a glisten of pearl set the scene for our big day. Individually made confetti cones, bon bon favours and vintage table decorations were amongst my favourite things to make. Combined with the lace bunting, hessian chair bows and sweet table my marquee eventually came together.
3. Feel amazing
With the venue done, now to my favourite part……outfits for the bridal party. For my two beautiful bridesmaids and flower girl I wanted pastel colours, intricate lace, soft flowing fabrics and beautiful flowers.
I loved my flower girl outfit so much it has inspired my new business venture www.beboutique.me.uk, where lovingly handmade tutus can be designed for weddings and special occasions.
4. Don't forget the groom!
I found the perfect matching tweed bow ties and pocket squares from Dickie Bow for the groomsmen. My 3 page boys were dressed in braces and bow ties, such a scrumptious look for the mischievous bunch.
5. Enjoy it!
With all the planning done and your day fast approaching you can relax and enjoy yourselves. I was 30 weeks pregnant on our wedding, not able to drink but still elated to fit into my original wedding dress! And of course to marry my love x
