Lovely items disappointing packaging

Ties and pocket squares are really lively however after spending almost £100 I expected them to be better packaged. They arrived wrapped simply in cellophane, no box, no tissue paper, no cushioning. I felt rather disappointed as I thought I was ordering a premium product.
