How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our delivery is with Royal Mail which takes 2-4 working days.
If your ordered via pre-order this will usually be within 3-4 weeks. Please note payment will be made for preordered items at the time of the order. For overseas orders please refer to Royal Mail for your country’s processing time.
I haven't received my order yet?
Occasionally there are delays, most commonly over the Christmas and Black Friday period. You can see any delays affecting your or our area (South East) under general overview here.

Can I pay for faster delivery?
Yes, you can choose our Royal Mail first class service which estimates 1-2 days or we have next day delivery as below. The first class service is not a guaranteed next day service.
What is the cut off for next day delivery?
If you order before midday we can offer next day delivery Monday to Thursday. Royal Mail have a Saturday surcharge so please note this.
How can I return an item?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will refund or replace your product (excluding custom orders) within 30 days. Please see our returns page to start a return process.
I have a problem with my order!
Please email us as soon as possible to update any order issues at email@example.com, tell us your order number and we’ll help you out.
I'd like to order more items listed on your website?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you would like. In most cases we have more stock.
How can I contact you?
Please drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll aim to get back to your within 2-3 days. We're a small team so please bear with us if there is a delay.
I like a sample of the fabric. Is this possible?
Yes, select the sample option and leave the name of the fabric you need in the notes section at checkout.
I'm looking for something specific, can you help?
Yes, we love helping and often have new products in development or in stock on our other shops (eBay, Amazon and Etsy). Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org if you cant find what you're looking for.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, but not everywhere unfortunately. We are currently not shipping to Europe, as Brexit has caused significant delays and holding in customs. If you are from overseas please be aware that your country may impose customs charges so please check this.
How will my order arrive?
We use Royal Mail as they help us minimise our environmental footprint and are generally prompt and reliable. Orders over £40 will use a signed service.
Do your products come in boxes?
No. To keep postage costs down, prevent waste and ensure the products fit through most letterboxes we send your order in cellophane packaging. However, we do have a gift option which is available for a small additional cost available here.
We operate a paperless office and are environmentally aware so receipts are sent by email. You can always email us at email@example.com if you need more information about your order.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Yes, we love working with others and have a staggered rate of discount depending on the order size. The minimum orders is 100 pieces.
What size is your kids bow tie?
The kids bow tie is 10x5cm. They are fully adjustable and will fit a child from 18 months onwards. Please note we don't recommend them for babies.
Can customers use multiple discount codes on a single order?
Discount codes don't stack. If you have a 10% off discount, they can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
Do you care about the environment?
We do. We are doing our best at present to run our shops to create minimal waste so think no printers, minimal packaging, sustainable electricity supplier and we plant trees. 250 so far (Jan 2022). We know we can do more so thats the mission this year.
